- Lemon Balm:
It belongs to the mint family and was originally found in south-central Europe but now available in most places. - Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha):

It reduces stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia. Taken over time, it regulates the system and keeps one healthy and feeling fresh.
- Valerian:
A perennial flowering plant, white and pink in colour and originally from Europe and parts of Asia, is picked for its root. Valerian roots are used for relaxation and sleep purposes. It doesn’t cause morning drowsiness and regulates nerve cells easing any anxiety. It is a great stress reliever as it is considered a natural way to keep stress hormones in check. Crude extract of the valerian root comes in the form of capsules and is easily available in pharmacies and health stores.
