Foam or any soft material tends to take the impression or shape of the body parts. For example, a shoe sole takes the form of toes as you use it. So any depression on the mattress that is equal to or less than 1 inch is considered a body impression. A depression over 1 inch is considered mattress sagging and will be eligible under a warranty claim. In this case, please follow the process detailed here to claim your warranty.       

All measurements are taken without any object or person on the mattress.
