Try First n Pay option is a great way to try out our mattresses in the comfort of your home without having to come to our experience centre. Most of our customers in Bangalore use this option, as it saves the hassle of traveling to the showroom and back. In addition, if you like the mattress, then you already have it in the house without having to wait for the delivery.    

There are no additional charges for this service. 

Try First n Pay option is similar to COD with the added advantage of first trying the mattress and only when you like it, you can pay using cash or card (we accept all major debit and credit cards except Amex cards). If, for whatever reason, you do not like the product you can just send it back without paying any thing.

Here are a few tips to make best use of the Try First n Pay option –

  • When the product arrives, you can ask the delivery team to place it on the cot that you will be trying out.
  • You can ask our executives to wait outside while you try the mattress for 10-15 minutes. When you try the mattress, please take care so that the mattress is not stained or damaged
  • You can check the size, and if you have any product related questions, please call the product team on 08047494649 and we will be happy to assist you. The delivery team is not equipped to answer questions related to the product so it is best to reach the product team on the above number
  • Some times when you try the mattress, it may be a bit uncomfortable at first. This is completely normal as your body takes 3-4 weeks to get used to the new mattress. However, in case you are completely dissatisfied, you can just send the product back and do not have to pay us anything.
