We really hope that the mattress works for you, but at the same time, we also understand that there is no one mattress that suits everyone. So, if you are unhappy with Sunday mattress for whatever reason, you are eligible to return the mattress & claim a full refund as long as the mattress has not been abused.
Once you decide to return the mattress, please send us an email (hello@sundayrest.com) with your order details and a short description of the problem. Once we receive this request, we will send you a link to a feedback form which is required to be filled in for a return request. We will arrange for a reverse pickup without any charges to you. Please make sure that you return the original invoice along with the mattress.
We may conduct the preliminary verification on-site or through email (by requesting photographs) to check for any stains, damages or invoice. Depending on the outcome, we will pick up the mattress for final verification.
Once the mattress is received at our end, our inspections team will take a final look at the mattress for any damages and let you know within 2 days time if the mattress is eligible for a full refund.
Once the mattress is accepted for refund under the 100 Nights Trial, we start to process the refund immediately.
This process applies even for cases where the customer decides to return even before the product has arrived. The customer will need to notify the intent to return via registered email id, and accept the delivery. Once the delivery is completed the team will pick up the product, and once the product arrives in our warehouse we will process a full refund.
We recommend that you read all the articles that are part of the 100 Nights Trial program to make the best of this program and to be aware of all the details. We especially recommend reading the exceptions policy to the 100 Nights Trial.
