There are no charges for reverse pick up. It is done free of charge irrespective of where you are located.      

At the time of refund, the total product cost will be refunded. For the sake of easy reference, this is the price that was mentioned on the product page on the date of your purchase.

If you paid shipping charges at the time of ordering, that will not be refunded and only the product cost as shown above will be refunded.
